Sam Isaacson is an experienced executive coach and business adviser now best-known as a thought leader on the intersections of leadership, coaching and technology. His work is predominantly with leaders dealing with disruptive change as well as governance advisory, with a particular focus on digital transformation and innovation.

He led the introduction of England’s biggest coaching qualification in the form of the Coaching Professional apprenticeship standard and has contributed in several ways to the practitioner and academic literature on coaching. He engages with the biggest coaching professional bodies on the development of guidelines for the use of technology and regularly speaks on the topic.

He is the founder of the Coachtech Collective, an open community of professional coaches grappling with the emergence of technology, and sits on an advisory board for Chiltern Music Therapy.
